Along with a continued strong campus orientation, we have also branched out to many other locations. Thus this site includes U of O campus rentals as well as other rental properties throughout the Willamette Valley and beyond.

Here's how you reserve your spot:

1. Apply
Applications and co-signer forms may be filled out and submitted online or downloaded for printing from your computer. (If you don’t know your desired residence’s address, please specify the number of bedrooms you are looking for.)

For groups of 2 or more, everyone in your group MUST fill out a separate application, but just one Group Applicant Form. Have these ready to go!

2. Application Processing
Please allow at least five days during peak months (March - September) to process your application. We will call you as soon as your application is approved to get you started with the move-in process.

3. Find Your Residence
You can get an Availability List here at our website or at our office. Call or email the office to let us know which units you or your group would like to be considered for after you've been approved.

4. View Your Residence
After you’re approved and pending for an address, you have 24 hours to call us at (541) 343-6000 and make an appointment to view the property you would like to rent.

5. Sign Your Lease
After viewing any property, you have 24 hours to schedule a lease-signing appointment with our office.
