We do allow pets at all of our properties, except our quads, with certain weight and breed restrictions.
Security Deposit vary by property. Pet deposits are $300. All deposits are refundable.
Unfortunately, we do not as of yet have layouts of our units in a viewable format. We do, therefore, require a walk through showing of the unit that you are interested in. You may call the office to set up an appointment for this.
I am looking to rent for the next school year, when will I know what you have available, and how does the process work?
We give our current tenants priority when it comes to leases. They have until the end of January to decide on whether they will be renewing their year lease with us. We then put anything that is coming available on the website. Look for our availability list for houses and campus year lease apartments in February! The application process is first come first served. Usually you do not get put on the list for a property unless the entire application packet for the entire group applying is turned in to us.
We would be able to approve your application as long as you had a suitable co-signer on your account. You may find all the info on application and co-signer approval under application screening policies.
Although we do look at applications on a case by case basis, persons with evictions on their record are rarely approved. However, if you are honest on your application and it is not a recent (within the last 3 years) eviction, and you have good rental history since the eviction, then you may be approved.
General cleaning and carpet cleaning charges will be deducted from the security deposit as well as any repairs or hauling of personal belongings. Follow move-out guidelines to ensure the highest possible refund.
