    Click Here for application and co-signer forms. Applications may be filled out and submitted online or downloaded for printing from your computer. Co-signer forms may only be downloaded for printing.
  • Application Processing
    Applications are usually processed within 72 hours, however, please allow at least five days during peak months (March - September).
  • View Your Residence Once approved, call us at (541) 343-6000 and make an appointment to view the property you would like to rent.
  • Move In!
    After viewing, call the office to schedule a lease-signing.
