Applications & Forms
Please make sure you have turned in ALL of the required forms.
Each person MUST fill out an application. Each individual person in a group must turn in an application.
- Group Contact Form (for students only)
A Group Contact form is required when 2 or more people are applying. Only one Group Contact Form is needed for a group of applicants.
- Co-Signer Form
A Co-Signer form is necessary before a lease can be signed if an applicant or if ANY MEMBER OF A GROUP does not fulfill the requirements of: A) two years rental history, B) one year employment history, and C) an income that is at least 3X the amount of the monthly rent. This means that even if only one person needs a co-signer, everyone else is required to have one.
You are applying for a 5 bedroom house with 4 other people than each person will need to turn in an application. (5 forms)
One group contact form will need to be submitted. (1 form)
If even one person needs a co-signer, than 5 co-signer forms will need to be turned in before or at lease-signing. (5 forms)
TOTAL: 11 forms
Applications submitted together and complete have a better chance of being reviewed first, and often approved first. You only need one application per person. Once your application is approved you are approved for all of our properties.
Applications are usually processed within 72 hours, however, please allow up to five business days during peak months (February – September).
WE WILL CALL YOU as soon as your application is approved to get you started with the rental agreement and move-in process.
