Unfortunately, we do not as of yet have layouts of our units in a viewable format. We do, therefore, require a walk through showing of the unit that you are interested in. You may call the office to set up an appointment for this.
We give our current tenants priority when it comes to leases. They have until the end of January to decide on whether they will be renewing their year lease with us. We then put anything that is coming available on the website at the beginning of February. The application process is first come, first served. Meaning whatever group gets their applications and cosigners in first, will get pick of which property they want. So get those apps in! They can always be transferred to another property once you get approved.
We would be able to approve your application as long as you had a suitable co-signer on your account. You may find all the info on application and co-signer approval under application screening policies.
General cleaning and carpet cleaning charges will be deducted from the security deposit as well as any repairs or hauling of personal belongings. Follow move-out guidelines to ensure the highest possible refund.

You may either fill out an information request form and submit it online, or you may contact the office with your specific question. Our response to the online form may take 1-3 days depending on how busy we are.
