Lease Information For Apartments, Studios & Quads

  • Move in Costs
    • First full month’s rent.
    • $400 refundable deposit per bedroom for 3+ bedrooms. Quads, Studios, 1 & 2 bedroom deposits equal first months rent. Deposits are subject to change.
  • Residents are responsible for utilities depending on the property. It will be clearly stated in the lease which utilities residents will be responsible.
  • Residents are not responsible for any yard maintenance or lawn care.
  • If rent is paid after the fourth at midnight, a late fee will be added to the residents’ account.

Lease Information For Campus Houses

  • Move in Costs
    • First and last months rent.
    • $400 refundable deposit per room. Deposits are subject to change.
  • Residents are responsible for all utilities; including heat, electricity, water, gas, sewer, & garbage. It will be clearly stated in the lease which utilities residents will be responsible for.
  • Washer & Dryers are provided in all of our campus houses.
  • Residents in campus houses are not responsible for lawn maintenance, however, during warm weather residents need to water their lawn on a regular basis.
  • Rent payments need to be paid on the 1st of each month and no later than the 4th of the month.
  • If rent is paid after midnight on the fourth of the month, a late fee will be added to the residents’ account.

Lease Information For Non-Campus Houses

  • Move in Costs
    • First months rent.
    • Refundable deposit equal to full months rent. Deposits are subject to change.
  • Residents in non-campus houses are responsible for lawn maintenance & landscaping.
  • Washer & Dryer hook-ups are provided in all of our non-campus houses.
  • Residents are responsible for all utilities; including heat, electricity, water, gas, sewer, & garbage. It will be clearly stated in the lease which utilities residents will be responsible for.
  • Rent payments need to be paid on the 1st of each month and no later than the 4th of the month.
  • If rent is paid after midnight on the fourth of the month, a late fee will be added to the residents’ account.
