Pet Guidelines

This information is for properties that permit pets. We generally allow pets in all of our properties, except for properties that have a shared common area (Quads), with the exception of assistance animals.

In General

• If a residence allows pets (campus rentals allow only one dog or 1 cat) the total number will be on a case by case basis depending on the property.
• Applicants must fill out our pet application form.
• The refundable Pet Deposit is $300 for the first pet and an additional $100 for additional pets
• Pet Rent is paid monthly and is $25 per animal.
• Applicant must provide the required documentation, without which the pet will most likely be denied.
• Reptiles are not permitted at any of our properties.
• Rabbits, ferrets, gerbils, hamsters, rats and mice are not permitted at any campus properties. Houses and Duplexes are case by case basis.
• City/County leash & ‘scoop’ laws apply on and off-site . . . Strictly enforced!
• Violations of Pet Policy are assessed at $50 per incident.


• Must be at least 1 yr. old.
• Must have copy of documentation of vaccinations and spay/neuter in our files.
• Any campus area rentals (apartments and houses) will allow only 1 cat.
• The cat may be indoor, however it must be house trained.


• Must be at least 1 yr. old.
• If living in an apartment it must be 40 lbs. or less.
• No Rottweiler Pit Bull/ mixes
• Must be house trained.
• All dogs must be crated or kept restrained by the owner when a Stewardship Properties representative needs access to the property
• Must have a copy of documentation of vaccinations and spay/neuter in our files.
